Let’s cut to the chase! If your holiday let is online and you’re looking to attract paying guests, then you need high quality professional photographs! All that time and effort you put into preparing the perfect place to stay just will not come across with photos taken on your mobile phone!

Your photos should truly showcase the character of your property! They need to be well lit, look sharp, dynamic and simply stunning! Don’t settle for less! Your property deserves it!

I charge on average £200 for a full photography package! What does that include? I’m glad you asked!..

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

I do my utmost to make sure the whole process has as little impact on your normal day as possible! I’ll work around you as much as I can!

Depending on the size of your property, I try and be in and out within a few hours but I really do prefer not to have to rush! If you’re able to put aside a whole morning or afternoon that would be really ideal!

Here is a general outline of what is included:-

A good chat over the phone so Im clear beforehand about any special requests or expectations
Advice on how to prepare your property before my arrival
Approximately 2-4 shots of each interior room (depending on size)
Aerial drone shots can be included
Edited and completed photos will be with you within 1 – 2 weeks. Can be sooner on request.
All photos will be provided in both low and high resolution.
Advice on how best to promote your photos across social media and on your website (if needed)
